Does the Candy Cottage Website charge a sales tax?

Yes and No. To all of you who purchase & ship your order to a Mississippi address, you are subject to a 9% sales tax.

What if I cannot find a particular item I am looking for?

We are constantly adding new products for Holidays and just our "sweet" new ideas. If there is something we do not have, email us at thecandycottage@bellsouth.net or call us at 1-800-786-8268 and let us know what you are looking for. We will try our best to get it at our earliest convenience.

Can I cancel an order?

After you receive your purchse order confirmation number, you may cancel your order within 3 hours. Simply send us a return email stating that you would like to cancel your order to thecandycottage@bellsouth.net or call us at 1-800-786-8268.

What happens if, for some reason, I receive a damaged product?

We take extra precaution in packaging your product to ensure it arrives undamaged. In the event that you do receive damaged product, please contact us at thecandycottage@bellsouth.net or call us at 1-800-786-8268 within 5 business days after receiving your package.
