Long, long, ago, in the 1930's my great-grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Andrew N. Foote owned and operated Foote's Restaurant, a well-known establishment located in Louisiana on the Atchafalaya River. This is where the Cajun Tradition of the Foote's Heritage Solid Pecan Log originated. Four generations have passed since the very first pecan log was made. The only existing recipe of the pecan log legacy my great-grandparents started was left to me by my great aunt.

Today, as many years ago, My daughter Michelle and I are proud to offer the traditional Foote's Heritage Solid Pecan Log, made only from the highest quality ingredients.
